2015 Oktoberfest all topic thread

Hello all,

Welcome to the tenth month of the year. I know I have said it before, but this year seems to be flying by. Keep the shiny side up, and the dirty side down as we head straight to the end of the year. :D

Hi Jim,
Glad to hear that you're feeling better. Will I ever beat you to the first post of the month? I guess I'd better not step on the Moderator's toes eh??

You're right, this year has just flown by

Hope you're all doing well...

Eh, you can step on Moderator toes...you can even step on SuperMod toes....but Chapter Leaders and Admin toes are protected by steel toe boots. You'll hurt yourself! :-X04

PS - Slip a mickey in Jims hot cocoa and set your alarm for 12:00am November 1st and you'll be good to go! :-drink

Thanks for the information...Although 12 am is a little early for me. I bet I could still beat him to the punch at 4 am. Would that mean that I would get to title the thread for November? Oooooohhh!

Funny Stewart:-X22 can't believe its October already , still in AZ getting Dads house ready , it's a never ending project , that's because I'm a Contractor I guess I see stuff that needs fixin , all the snow birds are starting to pile up the road ways, some lady just stopped right in the middle of a really buzzy road , got out grabbed a piece of paper from under her windshield whipper moseyed on back in her seat put on her seat belt , adjusted her mirror , looked left to see if traffic was comming and peeled out, of course at that time yes traffic behind her was at a full stop, I think a fender bender even happened , Jeeze . Have a great afternoon gents:-wink

Good Morning NorCal...Still no rain here, but at least it's cooled down a bit. Spent the last 3 days chasing water around. finally re-established a spring that I haven't used for 20+ years. Whoopeee!

Hope you all have a great day out there.

04badford 10-03-2015 09:48 AM

That Sounds promising Sparky, are you going way of witchering or do you know of the other spring that perks? My well is at 285 ft and still pumping strong but some local ranchers are only 85 some around 125 that are pumping salt water not good for crops and has a nasty smell, have it tested , Arsenic is on the rise.

Happy Saturday Nor Cal FTE. Hope everyone has a great day.

We had some rain Thursday morning, but it ended about 1pm, and now there is no more rain forecast in the five or ten day forecasts. :(
