1996 F350 rear end - adding oil...where?

I'm going to change out the yoke seal on my (F350) rear end. I have the bed pulled off - changed out a fuel pump today. I looked all over the differential case and the only thing I see is a bolt holding some sort of sensor (with two wires) on the top of the case. There are no threaded plugs, you know, like a sight plug that tells you when to stop pouring the oil in. That seal has slung quite a bit of oil and I know I'm going to need to add some. Here are my questions: Where do I add the oil, how do I know how much, and what kind?

Wouldn't this allow you to overfill it? And is overfilling it a bad thing?

Theres a sensor on top thats a vehicle speed sensor. The diff is not filled from there. Yes u can over fill and probably blow your wheel seals. The hole on the side is for filling. For draining u got to pull the cover

Yeah use the box end of a 3/8 inch wrench for the fill hole. The cover is fun. I pulled a rib muscle doing mine. Been a month and it's still not totally healed lol
