You might have to lengthen the clutch rod where is comes out the floor? And NO they not normally come with bumper lift brackets.
Local welding shop should be able to handle it? Here is another way to do it though.

Also you might need some slack in your wiring harnesses (main under the m/s, and tail light area? A longer fuel filler neck, brake lines where they come from the m/s and go down to the pro valve (tighter loop?). Steering shaft, what is your plan there? Lower the radiator to keep it centered in front of the fan, or lower your fan shroud?
