Oh, okay I see how it is with the small minded types here---criticize the typo, disregard the attempt at being helpful.

For fun we'll let it stand----the link speaks for itself IMHO. Otherwise feel free to add or contribute something useful.

I wonder if it's new or if it's very old but sat on a shelf for a decade.

Also wonder if it's prone to failure like the originals. My 03 had that problem as does my current 07.

I , as well as others , just make a PVC version .
Nobody in their right mind would bother changing it .

Its tough to know or guess how/why the factory originals fail as almost no one with an E-Series has ever replaced one of these in its original location. It would be fascinating to see one that's been removed.

My main reason posting the link was to show a new reservoir, thinking mostly of those who've dealt with their failing and performed the work arounds using various home made PVC or Delco/GM-branded parts. If I ever encounter this failing I'd do the quickest and easiest repair, won't be digging into areas a part can't even be seen.

The Ford part number shown in my link is current but that doesn't say how old this particular part is. There are several others listed in that same category so I don't think this one was a NOS remainder part from long ago.

Just an FYI for anyone interested is all...........
