Front end help
I have a 1986 250 4/4 Dana 60 axles leaf springs. 67000 miles of light use original shocks and suspension. My concern is when parked the bottom of my front tires stick out past the top sides. Even on both sides I installed a new tie rod end on one side. What would cause this? I have 33 inch wheels on it now also

Take it to a alignment shop and let them look at it. For a small fee(in my area around $25) they will check it out and give you a list of things that need to be replaced before they can do an alignment.
It sounds like you have the original dana 44 or dana 50 frontend, not a dana 60, since the ttb frontend is famous for the tires looking weird sometimes, especially when you back up and stop. If you do have a dana 60 frontend it has been swapped in, a f250 did not come from the factory with a dana 60 frontend.
The frontend is complex, especially the ttb frontend. And they are getting old and most are wore out. It has a bad reputation but if everything is in good work order you can't beat the nice smooth ride it gives the truck.

Dana 50 is what I meant, silly tablet I should have on my glasses. I am not sure if any alignment shop here is capable, I dont let anyone drive my truck if I can help it. I do need an alignment when I drive it and go over some bumps it tends to get a bit wavy. The ball joints are tight. Thanks for the input

The shackle bushings on the springs need to be checked, especially the ones on the front up inside the frame that you can't see. And the beam pivot bushings in the middle.
Also check for cracks in the frame around where the steering gearbox mounts, and loose rivets where the front crossmember is riveted to the frame rails.
