Much better fuel economy
I bought a small car to use as a commuter/short trip vehicle yesterday. Only catch was I had to drive 550km into the middle of the oil patch to get it.
So I hooked up the trailer and went to get the car. I was very surprised to see that the truck read 15.3 L/100km once back on the driveway. That is just over 15mpg in U.S gallons.
Now this load isn't heavy, but it's a load none the less.
Anyone else use a small car for short trips?

I just stick with the one who brought me to the dance to begin with...........my 2013 F350 FX4 PSD. I can deal with driving the spousals 2013 Taurus SHO from time to time. But, anything other than my truck and I feel very vulnerable and small in traffic.

Definitely not impressed with it. And definitely WOULD NOT spend MY money on one.
I'd buy a EcoBoost Escape long before an Equinox.

What's sad about my 4cyl Equinox is it only gets about 25 hwy if you drive easy, and around 13-14 city stop-n-go commuting. Maybe cuz you gotta floor it to get any go go power out of it lol
