No worries to use any 240/300 head on an EFI block. But for what you're trying to accomplish going to .050" or .060" over is not a problem either.

Thank You BaronVonAutomatc. I didn't even occur to me i could bore in increments of 10. I thought 60 over mite be pushing it. Thanks again BaronVonAutomatc.

Yes, you can use a later EFI block to rebuild an older engine.
