The lower body side (rocker) mouldings are the same 1969 Ranger (except quarter panel mouldings) from serial number F70,001 & 1970/72 Ranger/Ranger XLT (81E).

The wood grained tailgate finish panel is 1970/72 Ranger XLT only. Rangers use the same size finish panel, but it's argent.
