Ok, here's my situation. I have a great System One Tradesman Rack / Box combination that I was going to mount on my 2011 F-350 Crew Cab Short Bed (6.5') but never did. I sold the truck out of necessity a while back and am now looking for another used Super Duty. I really want to mount this Ladder Rack / Box on my next purchase. I can't seem to get a straight answer as to what other year / models will have the same size bed and be compatible. I know 2011-2015(16) beds will be the same but I'm looking at older models. Any one out there know of a sizing chart or such?

bed sizes should be the same from the inception of the super duty. The only real changes were made to the tailgate in 08.

1999 and up are the same.

 

I know that 99-07 SUPER DUTY are the same. BUT they need to be SUPER DUTY. I have a 8' hard tonneau cover I'm trying to sell and went through a similar goat rope.

 

The bed deminsions haven't changes since 99.

 

The Shortbox Superduties are 6.75' not 6.5'.

 

That's what I thought too. Dealer insists 6.5' inside / 6.75 outside dimensions.
