Boondock Bumpers
Hello all,
I am thinking of dropping some 'mad money' on a set of heavy duty bumpers for my '03 F250. I see that the Boondock bumpers are pretty low cost, relative to the other vendors. I like the styling and have only one concern. I will have to drill the rear bumper out for my backup sensors. That means the powdercoat will be left exposed at the holes. I suppose you could paint the bare steel where the holes are drilled, but is this going to be a spot for rust over the years? I am worried that the steel will rust under the powdercoat over time. One thing I can say about my stock chrome bumpers is they are entirely free of rust...
Have any of you have installed the Boondock's, and if so how do you like them?
