Bronco RAN 3.03 same as F100?

I need a rebuilt RAN.
I have a 68 F100 with a 240 and a RAN in it.
I just want to know if the trans are the same.
I would assume the adapter is different but the trans is the same.
Yes? No?

Reason I ask is I know where a rebulit one out of Bronco is. I can not find anyone else that straight up is selling rebuilt RAN's. If you do tell me please!

There are differences. Compared side by side the 3.03 used behind a V8 Bronco and a 170/200ci six Bronco, the physical length of the tranny case itself is different by about an inch. Plus first and second gear ratio's are different.

The 6 used the RAN and the V8 used the RAT (both 3.03 trans). I'm just trying to make sure the RAN will work for my truck. Don't want to find out mid trans change!
