Custom Deaver Springs 2" Drop - Need advice for Shocks

I had 2" custom front lowering springs made by Deaver springs in Santa Ana (anybody looking for actual lowering springs OEM designed but 2" drop give them a call, I gave them my OEM's and they made me a custom set, took 4 weeks but they have the measurement's now).

I was rolling around with pretty much garbage crown suspension's F-150 springs and there was so much bounce both brand new Belltech street performance shocks blew out within a month (only drove 100 miles lol). I stopped driving the truck and waited for my springs to get here, now that they are here any recommendations for shocks? I ordered the DJM 1415's and they weren't long enough, now I need one's again (3rd set I'm ordering at this point.

The truck is v10 - XL - Longbed - Supercab, I would never lower it again I could have swapped gears for what this has cost me, but the only positive I can see is people can get actual lowering springs that are OEM specs now from Deaver.

Let me know if you can recommend a shock, part number.

Thanks guys

Alex

Can I use any adjustable shock that is made for the specs of the truck or does it have to be a lowered truck specific shock like the belltech's?

Hold on, you had a set of FRONT leaf springs made to LOWER the truck from the already low noise down factory look? Is the frame sitting on the bumps stops now cuz it has to be?

My app doesn't show your truck info in the signature. But still wouldn't the bump stops be hitting? The coil spring trucks are no higher than the older leaf spring models

I think your right, every bump I hit it pings on both sides pretty loud. Was reading for a fix for this and saw people saying to use 2003 excursion v code bump stops. Would that fix it? It's really loud
