Can anyone tell me what this sound is?

I hear this every time i turn my truck off. Itll go for 15-30 seconds before it stops. It almost sounds like its coming from near the accumulator or evap coils but possibly lower in same general area. I dont see anything but you can definitely hear it.

The entire AC system is actually new

Is it only after you've run the A/C? If so then it's the refrigerant flowing thru the orifice tube as the high and low side A/C pressures equalize, perfectly normal sound.

If it does it even after not running the A/C (note that A/C compressor runs in every position except Vent, Floor, and obviously Off) then it might be a vacuum leak.
