I went in and talked to the parts guy, he said the nut was in and still waiting on the pinion. And another dealer called and wanted to buy the nut from him, he would not do it. Why so long to wait for parts?? At least I can still drive the truck....so far. Now have a vacuum leak somewhere in front end and the 4x4 starts to engage, makes a heck of a racket. But at least I know what it is so it can be fixed.

I have heard the same noise in my new 2015 F150. If I open the rear sliding window, it is much louder. I hear it mostly at low speed (less than 25mph). This is my first 4 wheel drive truck, so I'm not sure if it's just a characteristic of a 4wd truck or not.

Only complaints so far are the rumble noise, the downshifting issue (looks like there may be a TSB to take care of that), and the clunk in the driveline when taking off from a stop.

I've got less than 3k miles on the truck, and the issues don't seem to be getting any worse or better currently.

My noise also has a vibration. Especially when pulling a load. I have 17k on the truck now and now you can feel the vibration on the steering wheel and door, slowly getting worse

Have you tried driving it with the transfer case in the "Auto" mode yet? When in auto the front hubs are locked, That should take care of the grinding noise you hear from the front, My 2012 had that same issue and it took them 4 tries to get it fixed.
My 2015 has a rumble in the driveline also, but mine is at 20-30 mph and under light acceleration, It feels like the torque converter clutch is slipping, If I use the tow-haul mode it seems to quit doing it, The TH mode raises the transmission pressures for firmer, later shifts. There are others reporting the same issue on other forums also.

I also have the same Noises and Vibrations. My Ford dealer says its the planetary gear causing it. There is a TSB on it. So Monday its going in the shop. I think the Vibrations is coming from the cross member.
