The headlights should be in next week. No TPMS or flickering issues. Even my wife admitted she liked them.

I'm interested to hear if you have the same issue that I do.

Have you tried to use a set of choke coils on the input power to the ballast?
That should help keep the RF from the HID ballast from feeding back into the
electrical system using it as an antenna and messing up broadcast AM and FM
along with the TPMS.

I've never heard of choke coils, but I searched it and found this:
December | 2014 | Better Automotive Lighting Blog

It seems like this might be a solution for it, I will have to look into it more.

Have you used these before?

They are easy to make you own if you have a ferrite core.
Let me see if I can find a photo of a simple one. here is a
technical PDF if you want to read more on it.
http://audiosystemsgroup.com/SAC0305Ferrites.pdf
Now here is a forun that is talking about how to use one
Reduce HID ballast radio interference

Looks like this is written with easy understanding in mind
RFI Problems

here is the core that they are using is just snaps together.

I won't give you any more headaches tonight.

RadioShack sold Ferrite chokes if you still have one in your area.

Or search Amazon for "ferrite choke" and you get plenty of hits for $2 or $3 each or $9 for a pack of 10.

Thanks for all that info Sean! Interesting stuff.

I'll stop by Radio Shack tonight and grab a couple to see how they work.

Sorry about all the headaches I caused with post.
I don't work for them but you can get some nice
meds at Walgreens.

I had a set of HID fog light ballasts that really liked to
sing on the AM. Was rally a killer when trying to get local
trafic reports. But I got rid of that set and went with a newer
unit and it really quieted down. The cheep ones tend to really
be the most offensive when it comes to noise of AM broadcast.
I have not ran into any that mess with FM but they may be out there.

One thing I did do and I forgot to take a photo of it was when I had
the noisy ballast set was to take the oscilloscope and look at what
was coming over the 12 volt power in that truck. WOW it had some nasty
spikes when it should of been a totally flatline. That is all do to the lack
of any filtering and that is why they cost less.

I bought a pair of the choke coils last night from Radio Shack. On the package they're called "snap choke cores". $3 for the pair. I put them on the power wires to the LED drivers, like it said to do in the links posted. I'll find out tonight if they work.
