Clutch pedal bell crank

1989 f-super duty. 460 5 spd. I have a lot of wear on the stud that the clutch master cylinder rod snaps over. I have the new bell crank. My question is can this be changed with out pulling that whole assembly out. If so can you all give me some guidance. I have had the nut off but can't get the crank off the splines. Can't really find a place to pry on this that doesn't jeopardize the aluminum casting.

i just bought a pedal assembly from a 91 today.... 20 bucks.
i wouldnt mess with the pedals while there still in the truck.
only takes 11 screws, 4 bolts, 5 nuts, 2 rods, 2 connectors, and a speedo cable to get them out.

this is how i did my 87 F350
