Anyone between Tyler TX. and Roanoke VA. (or close) that can lend a hand and extract 4 head studs?

DO NOT WRAP THE HEADERS!
If you need some ceramic heat wrap for localized heat shielding let me know, I still have some I can mail down to you (you too Aaron). It's plain white so you only get 75 more HP per inch used vs the 90 HP for the red wrap.

Header wrap is bad, just bad. You could wrap the starter if you want, Ford actually had a heat shield on that design starter for a few applications.
As for me welding, no, about all I'm good for is mechanical work and beer testing. You think you have a lack of patience...
I am busy this weekend, gotta help a friend put his 04 f150 back on the road.

Hey, I'm not sure which one you would need, but I did a quick search on summit and found this list:

Might be able to contact banks and tell them you broke yours and get them to ship you a new one with a band clamp :-P
