Steering knuckle issues

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has had issue with their tie-rod egging out the holes in their steering knuckles? I'm trying to get all of the play out of the steering system on my 77 250 and this seems to be where the most play is coming from. As far as I can find, my options are very expensive aftermarket knuckles, reaming the holes bigger and using spacers, or finding good knuckles in the junkyards. I'm just wondering what method other people have used to fix this problem. I've still got the Bendix power assist and plan on keeping that, so I'll need to rebuild the control valve to get the rest of the play out. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Sorry fo not enough information, this is a 4x4 with a Dana 44 front axle.
