Good morning all, I have a 1999 E150 Confersion Van. Both the front and rear blower motors don't run on low. I replaced the resistor in the front along with the blower motor and clean both the heater core and A/C component. When running blowers on High. It's seems as though it's runing on the third position. For the life of me I can't figure this out. Does anyone have an idea what would cause this? Bob

With both on and running you need to crack a window somewhere in the Van for (pressure equalization). The front pulls air in from the outside but the rear doesn't............it's like blowing air into bottle, no exit.......
