Ok so finally i have most, of my Vacuum to where it should be. Also i replaced my Rotors and rebuilt my hubs... looked like they had not been greased or even torqued since the factory did them

so now having only driven my truck a handful of times i notice that my front corner lights turn on as do my dash lights when i hit the brakes... im not positive but i feel like i also hear the door adjar ding sound also when i hit the brakes... does anyone have a clue to as what this person may have done.

That sounds like a bad ground for the rear lights, and it is back feeding through all the other lower wattage lights..

Didn't even consider that. the PO replaced all the exterior lights with led before he sold it.

Sounds like the led exterior lights need a resister to ground.

Well small update, I've replaced my fuse box my fuel pump relay switch, my turn signal switch an about 8 feet of bad wires that the PO had either cut spliced or a mixture of the two. I now have a legitimate brake light and turn signals but it seems that either side I switch on the opposite side will have a dim blink as well. Also if I turn my main lights on I have no signals. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

check the grounds on all external light sockets, especially the rears.
it sounds like a bad ground on the rear brake/running light pigtail.

Bingo that solved it. Wire brushed them all. Unfortunately now my fuel pump isn't working.... I jumped the wire at the pump it will run hit the relay w/o t run replaced the relay won't run, moved to a further point in the wiring and jumped it an it runs go back to the relay ran then stopped ugh... So separated the harness found a short right at the base of the fire wall... Jesus this truck likes to test my patience.
