can anyone tell me where each wire from the voltage regulator goes to... totally lost here.. i can not understand any of the diagrams i have seen on this site...
I= goes where?
A= goes where?
S= goes where?
F= goes where?
i have no clue... and the reason why i ask.. is because i have no power to anything.. i have changed the regulator and the brain and the cylinoid.. everything is new.. still NO POWER

"i have no power to anything"
This shouldn't have anything to do with the regulator directly. If you have a good charged battery, then you should have power till the battery goes dead, assuming you do have a problem wit the alt or regulator.
See if you can find the wiring that resembles the above diagram. Find location #3 on your van. At location #3 in the diagram, you should have a yellow wire, and maybe some other wires of the same size connected at that point. This #3 location is where all the power is usually fed to the vehicle from the battery. Check for power there. Then follow the wires down and you will find one goes to the alternator, one goes to the regulator, and another spreads out to the rest of the van. On most of these wires you will find a funny looking thing on the wire with a number on it. These are fusible links, and are made to burn in two if there is a problem. See if any of them have burned open.
