Torque for rear sway bar to axle mount for u-bolts

Hello I've been able to find the other torques but not these except one that said 35lb-ft. That seems a little low does any body know if this is correct?

I didn't use a T wrench to install mine, but agree with you- set it to 100 and tighten. Also, double up the nuts to ensure they don't loosen. Hellwig includes extra non-locking nuts.
