RC welding nuts and bolts on so that taking the hitch and bumper off in the future is a ton easier

Thanks Rich. All RC's tools and knowledge make this a lot easier on me. I can do this stuff....but RCs knowledge takes hours off my time.....hours is time and hours ends up days ....then weeks....etc

Not a lot of big stuff left for this phase... By this phase I mean everything done to pass inspection and the interior finished.

Thrush Turbo 17715 mufflers bought. 2.5" inlets/outlets.
New 4 way bought
New horn relay ordered

Stuff RC/we/I ...did last Sunday..
Fixed reverse light bulb on driver's side
New antifreeze
Ends on the hard fuel lines finally
Tach wire installed
Distributor power wire
Tacked up some wiring

We also added some stuff to our list before it leaves RC's.
Paint interior
Fix the 4x4 with shaft from parts diff I have.

Starting our job today....the input shaft for the 4x4 is missing.....

Taking off the diff cover....please let there not be a mess of metal be all over the place.....

Close up of no input shaft

The job is now a lot more involved....check bearings , new seals , of course the shaft.., etc etc... but this is ok with me.

Forgot to mention the fact that I yanked the brake calipers out ...one set of pistons were wearing the brakes uneven and and going to replace both of them now including the brackets. For only $4 more....

This is literally out the back door of RC'S shop....beautiful . Would give me more peace if i wasn't so dang busy lol.

Second picture is the front diff taken apart. What we found? A new set of gears...new bearings new seals....all put in with no drivers side input shaft....

Going to clean it all up put new seals on the outers..new warn locking hubs and calipers and brakes and some fresh paint here and there and put it back together again.
