Replacing front to back brake line
The brake line on my 99 Expy 5.4L Eddie Bauer started leaking from what looks the line going from the small junction block, roughly in front of the driver side rear wheel, to the front of the truck (engine compartment). I have found a fair amount of information but not a thread with detailed description on how to do the entire job.
I plan to use the parts outlined in this post:

Should I just get a 12' piece of line, flare the ends and try to do it in one piece instead of two?
Does any one have a detailed description of the procedure, preferably with photos? Is this doable on the driveway or do I need to put it on a lift? Any thing I need to be wary of? Any advise or hints that will save me from making a mistake?
I am planning to undertake this job tomorrow, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
