Brighter Headlight Bulb??

I'm really not satisfied with my Ford F350 SDC headlight bulbs!! I need a BRIGHTER bulb suggestion that won't break the bank and not have to add ballasts and rewire the circuit - any suggestions??

I ordered some LED's that should be delivered tomorrow. I'll put them in and let you know how they work.

I replaced my normal bulbs with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs. The results are not earth shattering, but they are noticeably brighter.

I haven't had much luck with Silverstar Ultras. Very carefully installed and one went out after 3 weeks. Reviews show others having similar experiences.

Get the 80/100w bulbs from Amazon. I have them on my previous and present trucks - better visibility and no blinding effect to upcoming traffic.

These do offer good light but will eventually melt the wires and connectors to your lights. More power, more current more heat. Took almost a year for me to have problems. The LED bulbs are what I run now. A noticeable increase in light output without blinding oncoming drivers.

I too have been running these bulbs for over a year. I dont have fog/running lights so it was quite noticeable for me.

Just make sure you buy the correct one for you truck and it was plug and play, it was pretty simple to do on both trucks. I will not have a truck with out HID they work great. I also have a LED light bar that I use but only when off road.

Just bought and installed the Sylvania Xe bulbs, about $60, they really reach out there, but are not blinding the on coming traffic.
