Thanks. That's what I had but wanted brighter and thought the HID's would help....not the case.

That's kinda why I've been hesitant to buy the HIDs to put in the Spyders. The Spyders are better than factory but they aren't mind-blowingly better.

Nstorm, I'm probably overlooking something very simple, I got the bulbs and tried to open the interior dome light and can't seem to find how to open the lens to get inside to the bulbs.

What am I missing

Hey Painted Horse! That rear dome light is a PIA. The lens slides forward and pops off. It's a challenging design, and I was sure I was going to break mine when suddenly it gave up and popped off. More or less a pressure fit deal with two retainer tabs on the front side. I hope this helps!

Best,
Nels

Hey guys, sorry I forgot about taking a picture of the headlights until I pulled into the parking lot at work. I'll try to get some tonight or in the morning. I'll leave a note to myself in the truck.

Here are a few shots of my Spyder headlights. The first two are my driveway, low beams then high beams, and the next two are the road just out of my driveway, low then high beams. Sorry about the bugs on the windshield.

Mike, they do look like they have pretty good coverage...

Do you recall if they have a crisp cut-off line when shining up against a wall?

Thank you very much for taking the pictures and posting them!!!

There is a very discernible line on top of the beam when close to a wall or anything else. If I think about it in the morning I'll get a picture against my shop door.

Perfect - Thanks Mike...

I'm wondering if the smoked Spyder headlights will attenuate the brightness much. I really like those but don't want any sacrifices in the quality of light..

Here is the very noticeable line at the top of the low beams.

That looks pretty good... Almost as good as the HIDs on my last car...
I am really concerned with blinding other drivers, so I appreciate that they have a crisp cutoff...
Mike - thanks again for posting!
