2002 harley f150 won't turnover

1st thing I'd do is check all battery cable connections. Clean and tight. As I recall you were putting parts on (pulley,etc) before a programmer on it. Which is not cool. I don't know where you are with that stuff, and since you just did a wot hell raising, 2nd thing I'd do is see if you can spin the engine over by hand. Make sure it's not tied up. A lean condition and a supercharger DO NOT blend well!

I just went out put a paint mark on crank and hand rotated a full rotation I did the burnout 10 miles away from my house. the thing is it didint burnout I heard supercharger whine and I think quite then whine and I let off with it hesitating drove 10 miles home was home about 10 miss a got in truck drove 1 mile to auto zone shut truck off went inside got a worker started it after he hooked up computer gave me my PO174 code got in truck came home parked unhooked batt to see if code would go away.1 he later hooked up posted and negative and now nothing theft light blinks regarding when I put key in and in gauge key I can hear a noise being cluster a a thump in engine bay but no crank theft light is out while key is in

Batt is at 12.45 volts I had starter tested it worked there but has a slightly loose starter prong If I try to start with screwdriver it does nothing but clicks .I took the fuse able link on the positive cable apart and it looks like it was rigged it looks like it has two pieces of Romex added
