That's great to hear! At this point you could probably do the job again in your sleep in just a few minutes.

UPDATE!! 3k miles on the new trans, No issues, shift great, no slips, shifts are short and crisp, but not harsh.

Just though I would post an update. Now onto 10k miles... I figure i get it to there, it's probably good to 100K.

If you don't mind me asking, how much do you have in the rebuild? I just blew Reverse, Drive and first gear trying to get out of a deep gravel bed today and am looking at options. I am an experienced jet engine mechanic and usually fix my own vehicles but have never attempted an auto transmission rebuild before. Any assistance is appreciated.

Update!! 10K miles, No issues! On to 30k, and the first fluid change.
