What am I missing? 1995 F250
1995 F250 460, California emissions.
What is supposed to be on the end of this guy in the pic? It blows air out intermittently. Hooked up to the air pump system. It seems like there should be something else connected here?
Second, what was supposed to be on this connection? There was a pigtail just wrapped up under the hood.. Looks like maybe the under hood light? Second pic is the pigtail I removed.
Last, anyone know what this green wire is all about? It's heat shrinked, looks factory, but it's weird that it's just hanging out for no particular reason.
Thanks for any help. I've been on this site a lot over the years for various vehicles, this is my first 90's F series.

1. Nothing, it's a "muffler".
2.Possible the engine compartment lamp
3.Engine compartment lamp in your fingers
4. IDK
MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE PHOTOS: CHANGE THAT CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH ON THE MASTER CYLINDER or your truck could spontaneously combust!! Disconnect it until you get the replacement BLACK switch!
