Fluctuating heat

I've noticed lately my 07 escape hybrid's heat will cool down when coasting and warm right back up to hot when accelerating.
Coolant level is fine and no odor of antifreeze inside.
290,000 mi.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Either air in the system or an eroded water pump impeller. Low coolant could cause a lack of coolant flow through the heater core, or a worn impeller could be pumping less than desired.

Just had both coolant systems flushed.
Problem gone! I'm leaning towards it being air bound.

air in the system is the issue. Although a different make I have a buick that is doing right now. Still can't get all the air out yet.
