screw extractor set maybe. I know they are very small to get to. either that or maybe try to drill the head of the screw off so you can remove the locking hub and have access to the shanks of the screws

Might need to get a tap and die set to remove them.

One of my buddies had the same problem on his truck, we used good drill bit the same size as the Allen wrench and drilled in utell the head poped off, then removed the hub covers and exposed studs turned out easily.

Are the heads stripped or the threads in hub?

The easy-out method didn't work out so well. Now I have 5 very nicely rounded screw heads in the hub cover. Perfectly executed. Has an Easy-out EVER worked in history of man? Must be an ID-10-T error....

Looks like I'll have to resort to the drill method.
Which probably means that I'm in for new hub covers and potentially new brake hubs. Considering that the brake hub surface rivals that of a 6-foot swell set off the cost of Hawaii, probably not the worst choice in the world.

Amazing how everything comes to a grinding halt over $3.00 bolts.

Before you go all crazy go get you a left hand twist drill bit. Spray em well with some pb blaster. Let em sit a day or so. Put your drill in reverse with new bit and see what happens.

Crazy is relative, depending on who you ask, I'm way beyond.

Left hand drill bit's were MIA. I did attempt a couple of other branded easy-outs with no success. Busted out the 3/16 metal drill and the hub covers were off in 15 minutes although they will need to be replaced.

Twigs called it. Once the covers were off, the remaining portion of the bolts unscrewed by hand.

Thanks for the input. Hopefully the rest of the install will go well.
