Low Power under Acceleration

Good morning,

I have been noticing something weird with my V10 lately. If I accelerate around 2200rpm from 0-40mph it does decent. However if I apply say 80% throttle it doesn't seem to accelerate. I have a 10% grade that if I go up it unloaded just the truck and then stomp on the gas while going 40mph, it might get up to 55ish after about 15-20 seconds.

I have the Torque App and it's not pulling any codes. I recently had the truck in my local shop and they gave it a clean bill of health. I'm leaning towards a Catalytic Converter issue because of the following. While pushing 3,000rpm+ in the cab I could smell a little bit of rotten egg smell, and occasionally when pulling into my garage after a highway run I get a hint of it. Is there a "sure fire" way that any muffler shop can test the Cat for me?

I did search the forums found a lot of "check this or that" but the OP's that originally submitted the threads never replied back with their findings / causes.

Any info is appreciated!

Thanks
