Light bar Still works good. I cleaned up the chain drive and my buddy polished the lenses , need to replace a bulb. This specific light bar was not original to the truck but I had original pictures and was able to source a new one along with the rest of the lights.

Hey bkaul! I hate to ask, but would you mind looking at my thread?? I'm not trying to spam this website, just very excited about hopefully getting an older ford and I see you have one somewhat similar to what I will be purchasing! lol

We've been able to get something done on it almost every day. 2 or so hours. You would be amazed at how things just get done if you push a little. My Buddy likes messing around with it too so that helps get things done quicker. He can't wait to drive it! Think he's more excited than me?

We are wire brushing all the areas we need to weld. When we're done welding it's sand blast time. I figured out a cheep but effective solution for a sandblast booth. I'll explain that later.

This weeks progress report

got the seat belt/floor supports from each cab connected

This should help stiffen things substantially

[I]Also removed the rest of the roof. Getting ready to graft an Econoline roof skin on.
