What is this thing called? F-250

Need some help. I accidentally broke this part off a co-worker's F-250 while walking by. I'd like to replace it but I can't figure out what it's called. Not sure what the year model is, haven't had a chance to talk to the guy yet.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Bug deflector, generally THE manufacturer that is most common is Lund. AVERAGE price is 60-70, from various online retailers.

Thank you all for the replies. Luckily the guy wasn't upset about it.

It must have been pretty well weathered? They shouldn't break very easy.

There are usually 2 types - hood-hugging, and stand-off. I prefer the stand off (the type shown) as leaves and crud don't get packed between the deflector and the hood. You might ask the guy what he prefers, for the replacement.

I have caught my own deflector with my jacket and it has bent way out and snapped back. I'm not surprised that older one might snap off, as that one did.
