The cheapest and easiest way is to go to Lowes. Get a 2x10 cut it to fit the slits in your bed or bedliner whichever is applicable for you. Then drive over to the large sand bags. The 70lb tube style ones. Add bags between the board and tailgate until at the desired stance. Go in pay for your sand and you're all done!!
Seriously though it depends on 4x4 or 2wd and how nose up you want it. My 04 4x4 was VERY slightly nose up with a 2.5" level kit. 3" would make it noticeable. A 4x4 has a taller block under the rear springs so installing one from a 2wd would drop the rear. You can level the front, drop the rear or both depending on the look you want.

If you want to keep the front the same height you could go with lowering shackles in the rear.
