power problems/fusible links

have 75 ford f150 that has no power at ignition or headlights. But do have power at cigarette lighter. My guess I've lost fusible links somewheres. Please advise where these links are located.

They're at the starter solenoid/battery tray area.

IIRC, cab power is supplied by a thick black wire with a yellow trace.
