I am a Ford Explorer owner in the United Kingdom.

As there were only about 500 of these brilliant trucks imported into the UK the support here is a bit lacking at best, almost all of the Ford dealers will not touch them and there are very few useful specialists.

Does anyone know what code 14 on the airbag light indicates? Any advice would be most appreciated as a lot of google and forum searching has not turned up anything useful.

What method are you doing to retrieve the diagnostic code 14 from the ABS system? I pulled up the ABS section in the US factory service manual and all the ABS system codes are in the typical OBD-II format Bxxxx and Cxxxx.
