2012 F250 Reverse Lights not working, help!

I'm not 100% sure when it started, but sometime over the last few months my reverse lights stopped working.

1) The fuse in the BCM (pass kick panel) is good, because my upper brake light works

2) The relay under the hood is good, because I swapped it with the one next to it.

3) The Blue wire w/white stripe that runs from the BCM back to the lights does not have voltage going to it.

4) The bulbs are both good.

Any ideas?????

The only modifications I have done is I removed a wiring harness that was installed by the dealer under the steering wheel. (They install a cheapo alarm on every vehicle on their lot, they remove the brain when you buy the vehicle, but leave the wires). They were mostly all T-connections, and from looking at most alarm instructions, the connections probably had nothing to do with the back up lights. (Probably Ignition signal, 12 v signal, key signal, etc).

I'm out of IDEAS!!! HELP!
