my advice would be to proved at least a couple of details on what exactly you did and what trouble shooting you've done.

all the wiring in the harnesses is good and all the spades in the plugs appear to be making good contact. body and engine grounds are good as well and the fuse in the fuse block is good. when I did the swap the gauges in both trucks worked fine.

Are you sitting in the right truck when you look at the gauges?

I would check your 5v voltage regulator on the back of the cluster. one side is your full 12v and the other side should be, what 5v?

Oil and coolant sensors go through a grey 4 way plug with 3 wires running through it. This connector is near the firewall driver side. they are white-red and red-white, where the red-green goes to your ignition coil. It's labeled C-220 on the wiring diagrams.

Fuel Gauge sensor goes through C-306, a Green 8 way connector. It's either 680 Blue or 675 Green-Red.

Check continuity from these harness connectors to your gauge cluster if the voltage regulator checks out.
