just took it for a test drive, tranny shifts fine. BONUS!

took it out for some playtime last night and WOW this 351c really gets this **** moving!

Glad to hear you are having some fun with it.

It's not a 351C, it's a Windsor ( 351W ) . I've got the same basic engine ( but mine are EFI ) in my 89 E350 and my 96 E250. They are a good strong engine.

well this engine is night and day different then the old 351m, this seems at least 2x as fast.


was out exploring offroad last night, made it about 10 miles into the woods, thats about 1/2 way to the closest glacier. needs lighting upgrade for offroading at night, the lights from 78 re 100x better then the lights on out 2000 excursion though.

x 2, the only cutting I'd would be doing on that van is the bolts that hold the body to the frame.
There's no metal left on that body, it's all rust with blue paint covering it up..
Good find though, it'll be a sweet ride when you get it up and running !

The paint is just holding the rust spots together.

Very cool its at least drivable, too much work ahead even to think about for me though---good on ya for trying to rescue one of these!

ha! i like the look. i have a whole nother van with a good body for a donor after i thrash it in the woods.
