Dead cat bank 2, probably fuel soaked from your #4 misfire, assuming a V6. See how the downstream sensor is an almost exact copy of the the upstream sensor? The converter isn't doing anything.

1) Fix the misfire

2) Install one or two spark plug anti-foulers to move the downstream sensor out of the exhaust stream to shut off the fault code unless you relish the idea of replacing the bank 2 exhaust manifold.

BTW, what are you using for OBDII access? I've never seen that screenshot before.

Sorry for the late repost, I use a Bluetooth EasyDiag App and code reader it was bought from Matco, I used my phone to screen shot the info ( Samsung Galaxy S5 ) I am looking at replacing the complete manifold and cat. it is kinda pricey, even with my discounts,

Update on Lost on this one....

Hello,

I went ahead and replaced #4 and #5 cylinder ignition coils and all three spark plugs on the front but cat still reads the same, but for now going to run it and see if the cat still does not cooperate with the new changes. if it does I will be buying the complete manifold and converter for it for the front bank.

Thanks for all the help! I appreciate it!!
