f 150 1990 4.9l
Hey got a question for the experts. I have changed almost every sensor in the truck and still ran like crap. read the forum and found the fuel pressure postings. i get 40psi after turning the key a couple of times. no changed after the vaccum is removed. during running steady at 40 at idle. is it the regulator or pump? Filter was changed 2 weeks ago. any help is greatly apperciated

You didn't say what the problem is. 
"...ran like crap..." is useless info. Be VERY specific & thorough, and someone might be able to help you.
