This is what I did... with a cordless impact wrench and a looooong extension. I remember it working for one or two, but not all. I can't remember if there are 2 or 3 bolts up there.
I'm glad you're seeing good early results, I'm hoping you nailed it the first time.

I did finally. It was stuck good. I used a piece of 3/16 steel rod to put through the filter mount and cranked on the filter with a strap wrench. The new one is on only hand tight but it's not leaking so good to go.
Now I gotta flush my power steering system again though because my cap keeps coming off randomly.

1. I didnt see that video.
2. I had a hard enough time pressing it back together with the new orings while it was on a table, no way i could have pressed it together while under the truck.
3. It would **** me off to no end to complete it that way only for the front to start leaking a week after i did all the initial work....

I lucked out on my press. Went to buy it at harbor freight, they were out of the 20 ton press. I asked about the floor model. It was missing the plates. They told me they would sell it to me and order me plates. It was on sale and after the discount for being a floor model I ended up getting it for $110. So that is the only reason I have a shop press.

That's kinda what I thought. This guy is a be en there done that type. Even though he calls me with 7.3 questions and to use my a&e all the time. Enough said. You catch my drift.

I've never done mine yet but its coming because I see a lot of wetness on the front side of the cooler on both my 7.3's. I thought I would try using a small floor jack and turning my hitch receiver up and use that as a portable press and pushing up on the receiver with the cooler in between.
