Thanks, I will try the oil pressure gauge before tearing the engine down again.

The chain were placed at the six o'clock position on cam shaft sprocket indentation. The left cam phaser seemed to be at 12 o'clock and the right at 11 o'clock. It has new phasers, guides, chains and tensioners.
The engine seems to have good upper engine oil circulation. The tensioners and VCT solenoids appear to have clean oil ports.

What about the timing marks on the chains? Where were they set? Its prob one tooth off since the cam codes popped up after it was put back together.
