56 f100 steering setup

Im not having any luck getting my 56 to steer, I installed a helix front suspension with t bird ps rack, 351 windsor. I cant seem to get the angles i need on my steering joints. Does anybody have suggestions for headers that would allow my steering shaft to get past with two joints.

Welcome to the forum. A picture of your present setup would help a lot.

Maybe a double cardan steering joint would help? They can flex up to 70 degrees.....
Or 3 joints with a support bearing? There are multiple header options as well. Take a look at the factory type Mustang headers.... they are pretty compact.

Take a look in my gallery at my headers from a 92 T-bird. They tuck in close and exit straight down at the rear. Mine are powder coated. There is a left and a right side photo, one view in each album.
