Maintence on 351W for daily driver

Hey guys, I have a 96 f150 with a 351w in it and I also have a lifted powerstroke, They both get about the same mileage but gas is cheaper and I just got a new job that will require more driving was wondering if I could get any advice on maintence of the engine. It has 93,000 miles and I have never had one issue with it, However I dont drive the truck very often currently. I just installed a new top of the line battery in it and I was wondering what you guys suggestions you may have to try and keep the fuel system and any of the engine components running as efficiently as possible. Best additives? ect... Thank you

For maintenance? if you want to do the whole thing. Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter. air filter, run some berryman B12 in the gas. (stuff is way stronger and way cheaper than seafoam) change the transmission fluid, change the rear differential fluid. To ensure no problems down the road from neglect.

To keep the injectors clean ? Run quality fuel, like Chevron, Shell or Texaco. Nothing will destroy it faster than running crap gas with no additives. Once the injectors start to gum up, then you get lean cylinders and burnt pistons and valves. Change the oil at least every 5-6000 miles. If you have the right angle oil cooler you can run a bigger oil filter (FL299) that'll keep the oil cleaner longer and net you an extra half quart of capacity. Keep the air filter clean too. I would also run a new complete 3" (single) exhaust with a new high flow cat. I did all this, plus a GT40 head swap on the roller 351W in my 96 E150 van, the mileage is up by 1-2 mpg over what it was with the stock setup.
