Well, oil change, glow plugs, vacuum pump Tuesday last minute...then Wednesday yank camper out from winter slumber. I took my daughter's camping for the weekend. Momma came along later in the week. Truck just rolls on. I need to do some slight front door adjustment next week but otherwise I'm ready for the season. Maybe I should service the trans soon. Man I need to paint that darn hood.

It was a good trip for sure. We only went about 40 mins away so just kind of local. I have so much I still want to do to the truck. Maybe someday.

Hey, looking good! Let me know what you think of those new glow plugs. I'm tempted to replace my glow plugs and glow plug relay. Cold starts have been rough this Winter. My truck simply wouldn't start at around -15*F or below.

Honestly the new starter made all the difference in the world. The tyc rock auto starter was junk from the get go. I have a nos POS cable when it was a part, stancor GP relay also. I am pleased with the diesel rx plugs but its gotten warm so....all in all this truck in 12 years has never started so well. I still have material to build 2/0 neg cables wich I plan to do just for S&G ya know. Someday I'll do that

I have been thinking about you sir. I almost messaged but get sidetracked too badly anymore. I'll say safe travels for fure for the coming trip season.

It finally happened...the hood is far from perfect but at this point it matches the rest of the truck. Now I get to repair both dually fenders from rock chips and my wife driving it one time.
old big dawg looks so much better with matching hood
