Vacume tank

Hi all. I have a question on vacume tanks for a 77 f-150 2wd. The engine has been redone ... roller cam, rockers intake etc. And i was told I may need a vacume tank because of the cam. The cam is a Comp Cams 224/230 dur with a .513/.513 lift. Is there any merit to this? John

I have a Crane roller that's a little bigger and I only show 15" at idle in neutral. 12-13 in gear. It doesn't have a brake (power) problem but it's probably close.
