Truck looks great.......what do you have for tractors? I see an M and another older Farmall, H?
The M is a 1940, 4 digit serial number, has a lot of '39 parts on it from the factory as they were using them up rather than scrapping them. The grey one is a 1935 F-12 It is actually smaller than an H. The F series 12, 14, 20 and 30 were the predecessors to the letter series. The 12 stands for horsepower so 12 screaming horses! Liquid cooled, magneto ignition.
OK, too much info? I like the history as much as I like working on the old beasts.

Not possible. This gang eats this stuff up. Most of us have an historical connection of some sort to our old iron. Anything from the eras - cars, tractors, trailers, stationary engines, tools, beer - is fair game. I'm sure a few have kept old socks and under drawers out of attachment to earlier times. Thanks for sharing!

Yep, we are strange that way. We can't get enough.
By they way, I still have my grade school soccer shirt. In high school I wore it for hard track and cross country workouts. It was a little tighter in high school, but I was scrawny.
We welcome more pictures of your truck and tractors. Keep us informed of your progress. The title thing can be real tricky, good luck.
I like history and antiques. I like old clocks. I have a 200 year old grandfather clock my Dad bought in 1963. I have a rocking chair my Great, great, great grandfather made pre-civil war as he died in 1851. But T-shirts? I have soccer shirts from college and every camp I worked at and every year as a high school coach. My wife wants me to get rid of some since I don't wear them but I can't get myself to do it!
My Grandfather had the Ford dealership in Wareham Mass, but he died way back in '28. I have some memorabilia from that. Not sure where Ludlow is. Western? Just sold a cub low-boy that I bought my 20 year old back when he was 9. Bring on the old iron, but I don't want to hijack this great graybeard thread. Maybe a 'show us your other old iron' thread I can start next week. Don't be surprised if it has a fill in the blanks song or poem.
Hey Abe don't forget if you are ever down this way (new providence) let me know in advance I can give you my phone number, I'm sure we could chew the fat, antiques, trucks, tractors, history ism into it all as well
