A quick review of tire sizes on a '96 F250 to F350 CCSB 4x4 D60 swap
This is my F250 4 door short bed 4x4 that has its D50 TTB replaced with a D60 and front springs from a F350.
These are stock rims (I think 4" backspacing?) with 235x?5x16 tires. This is with the stock F250 TTB front end.
These are the same stock rims with 285x75x16 tires. This is after the D60 swap, front shock length about 18.75" bolt to bolt. Front stock bumper clearance may be an issue.
These are 35" tires on rims that are 9.75" wide with 4.5" of back spacing. Same front shock length as above. Front stock bumper clearance is an issue, cutting it or an aftermarket bumper that provides more is required.
These are 37" tires on the same 9.75" wide rims with 4.5" of back spacing. Same front shock length as above. Believe it or not, no rubbing on the leaf springs of fenders. Note the absence of a stock bumper.
